It's time for more Power Hours at Radiothon. We would never be able to make this day into the success that it is without the support of sponsors like ReMax. This organization has a long-standing committement to SickKids. They wanted to share why they support SickKids and the Radiothon each year.=
Woven into the fabric of the RE/MAX organization is a deep commitment to community. Since 1992, RE/MAX sales associates have donated over $ 6.5 M to SickKids Foundation providing vital funding for equipment, research, treatment, programs, and support services.
The vast majority of funds are raised through the highly successful Miracle Home Program, which allows RE/MAX real estate professionals to make a personal donation from the commission earned when a home is bought or sold.
Mobilizing our sales force to adopt the RE/MAX Miracle Home Program is key, and we continue to strive to accomplish that, on an ongoing basis, in a variety of ways.
However; there really is nothing that motivates more than the wonder of so many tiny, yet incredible, miracles made possible at Sick Kids. The medical advancements and the power of the human spirit have touched many hearts at RE/MAX. Our people have demonstrated a desire to help in any way they can, and in doing so, have spearheaded a number of impressive fundraising endeavours.
Keeping Sick Kids at the forefront of our business everyday is important to us at RE/MAX. And we work at it every day because, quite simply, there are sick, injured and dying children who need us. That’s why SickKids is part of the daily agenda.
