A Blizzard in August is a drag but not when it's from Dairy Queen!

Yes, you heard it right. Free Blizzards. On Monday, August 10, SickKids Foundation will kick-off Miracle Treat Day celebrations on the front lawn of The Hospital for Sick Children.

Leah Miller, host of So You Think You Can Dance Canada, and Blake McGrath, guest judge and choreographer, will join SickKids Patient Ambassadors at the hospital for delicious Blizzards.

There will be 2,000 Blizzards on hand, so if you are in the SickKids area (555 University Ave., Toronto, ON) come check it out at noon.

Dairy Queen's Miracle Treat Day is a one-day national charity drive that donates 100 per cent of the proceeds from all Blizzards sold to Children's Miracle Network hospitals. Participating Dairy Queen locations across Canada will celebrate Miracle Treat Day on Thursday, August 13, 2009.

Don't forget to pick up your free Blizzard on the front lawn of the hospital on Monday, August 10.
