Another exciting and emotional SickKids Radiothon is upon us. On Thursday, April 29, 2010, Newstalk 1010, boom 97.3 and 999 Virgin Radio will broadcast live from the Slaight Atrium at The Hospital for Sick Children from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.

During the 12-hour broadcast, a mix of current and past SickKids patients and families will recount their compelling stories and connections to the Hospital while SickKids staff will explain the importance of community support.

Once again, Foresters, a provider of quality life insurance, is the presenting sponsor of the event. Each year, more than 200 Foresters employees volunteer their time to help make Radiothon a success.
