RALLY Cancer patients past and present from The Hospital for Sick Children rallied together on Saturday, September 25, to greet 30 drivers and celebrities at SickKids. The Hospital was one of several pit stops across Toronto for The Rally for Kids with Cancer Scavenger Cup.

Patients had the unique opportunity to interact with celebrities including Eva Longoria Parker and Hayden Christensen to paint, play games and solve trivia. Parker and Christensen were co-chairs of the third annual event, which also takes place in Chicago, Miami and Los Angeles.

This year’s event raised approximately $2.5 million, which will contribute to the construction of the new SickKids Research & Learning Tower and support cancer research at SickKids. The event has now raised more than $6 million for SickKids Foundation to date.
