Adam's Dream Fund

Adam's Dream Fund was established by the Prusznowski family, in loving memory of their son Adam Prusznowski, who died of cancer at eight years old in 1993. Since the fund began in 1996, the family has raised more than $1.5 million to support two very special programs at SickKids: paediatric oncology (cancer) research and The Therapeutic Clown Program.
