Improving the health of children.

Application for a student bursary

Forum on Complementary and Alternative Health Care and Paediatrics.

The Sick Kids Foundation will provide a limited number of student bursaries of up to $500 each to assist with the costs associated with attending the forum. Students who are awarded funding will be expected to provide the Foundation with receipts for travel and/or accommodation.

Awards will be made based on the following criteria:

Proven engagement in the field of complementary and alternative medicine and child and youth health
Distance traveled
Regional distribution of candidates
Financial need

Please submit by March 1, 2007. Successful awardees will be notified by March 15, 2007.
