Please note that SickKids does not

  1. Endorse products
  2. Distribute company products on SickKids property or communication channels
  3. Place our logo on tangible items such as CDs, Books that are not produced by SickKids
  4. Sell or provide access to our Donor Database
 

SickKids Foundation’s Cause Marketing Terms of Reference

  • Best practice is that funds raised are achieved through a minimum of 10% of Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) for products sold.
  • Upon the signing of a cause marketing agreement, the Foundation’s “In Support of” logo will be provided in conjunction with the license agreement.
  • It is important for both SickKids and your customers, that we achieve accountability and transparency through our CM programs. In part this is accomplished through a declaration of proceeds from sales and we also require an accounting of the sales results from your corporate program.
  • All advertising and marketing materials that include a reference to SickKids requires pre-approval from SickKids Foundation prior to distribution.
  • A gift confirmation will be issued in accordance with SickKids Foundation receipting policy.
