SickKids Foundation will be hosting one-day forum in Complementary and Alternative Health Care and Paediatrics on Friday, May 4, 2007. The purpose of the forum will be knowledge exchange and to share results of research projects funded by SickKids Foundation.
This forum has been organized to coincide with the Ambulatory Pediatric Association’s Complementary and Alternative Medicine Special Interest Group, which will hold its meeting on Saturday, May 5, 2007, in conjunction with the Pediatric Academic Societies’ 2007 Annual Meeting from May 5 – 8, 2007.
Venue:
The Forum will take place at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, South Building (222 Bremner Boulevard) Room 801 A/B - Directions for Parking & Maps
Poster presentations:
Sick Kids Foundation is calling for abstracts for poster presentations on research in complementary and alternative health care and paediatrics. The deadline for abstracts is March 1, 2007. First and Second prize will be awarded for the best student posters. Click here to submit an abstract!
To Attend the Conference:
Step 1: Register: Download and complete the registration form (.doc), and send by mail or fax.
Step 2: Payment: Payment can be made online by credit card or by sending a cheque by mail
The Foundation will be charging a small registration fee of:
- $50.00 CAN for this event
- students and presenters will be exempt from this fee.
- Ambulatory Pediatric Association CAM Special Interest Group partners will pay a fee of $25 CAN
Bursaries:
