Receipt Amount
Effective April 1, 2006 all gifts over $20 are eligible for a receipt from SickKids Foundation with the exception of online donations, which will continue to be e-receipted for amounts of $10 or more.
Electronic Receipts (Online gifts)
Giving a gift to SickKids Foundation online is the most efficient way that we can process your gift and keep our administrative costs low. Gifts made online to SickKids are electronically receipted via e-mail. One-times gifts are normally receipted within an hour of SickKids receiving your gift. Monthly gifts to SickKids are receipted at the conclusion of the calendar year and are normally issued in early January.
Paper Receipts
One-time gifts to SickKids Foundation are normally receipted within 10 business days of the Foundation receiving your gift. Monthly gifts to SickKids are receipted at the conclusion of the calendar year and are normally issued in mid-February.
Duplicate Receipts
In the event that your receipt has been lost or misplaced or you have moved, a duplicate receipt can be issued. Please complete the following form:
