Marketing Tools
The Foundation is committed to working with our donors in order to maximize the support they provide. The following are tools to make the most of the partnership between The Hospital For Sick Children and RE/MAX Promotions.

Client Direct Marketing Tools:
Letting your clients know that you are a member of The Miracle Home Program is important to both of us. Here are a few tools to help you get that message out to your clients.

Miracle Letters - These letters can be downloaded and personalized for distribution to your buyers, vendors and at your open houses. The following letters are available to all Miracle Home Program participants regardless of their giving level.

Open House: allows potential buyers to know that a house is designated as a Miracle Home.
Vendor: thank you letter on behalf of SickKids Foundation. It thanks your client for listing their home with you as a Miracle Home.
Purchaser Acknowledgement: a thank you letter on behalf of SickKids Foundation. It thanks your client for buying their Miracle home/property/cottage from you.
Vendor Cottage/Property: thank you letter on behalf of SickKids Foundation. It thanks your client for listing their cottage or property with you as a Miracle Home.
Client/Agent Agreement Acknowledgement: thanks clients for signing with you and acknowledges a gift will be made at the end of the transaction to the Children's Miracle Network and in turn SickKids.

All Miracle Letters are stored as Word format documents.

1. Save the letter to your hard drive.
2. Edit the letter in Word and Save
3. If you would like to save the letter in PDF format, Click on Adobe PDF from the top menu options in Microsoft Word and select Convert to Adobe PDF.
