We would like to thank Gluskin Sheff & Associates Inc. for their support of The Hospital for Sick Children over the past 29 years. They have donated over $200,000 towards projects such as the Peter Gilgan Centre for Research and Learning Campaign, the Operating Suites Renovation Project, and the Ophthalmology Clinic Renovation Project. In addition they have participated in the SickKids Leaders Campaign. SickKids would like to thank Gluskin Sheff & Associates for their continued support.

SCADDABUSH Italian Kitchen & Bar
SCADDABUSH Italian Kitchen & Bar is proud to support SickKids! This February marks both the third anniversary of our restaurant - just down the street from SickKids - and the third anniversary of our partnership. As part of the generous spirit that is SCADDABUSH, we have a strong desire to give back. We believe that food not only brings people together but, via the proceeds of our Charity Bread, it gives us the opportunity to contribute to our community on a more meaningful level. Our Charity Bread is a warm and savory signature dish made from our house-made focaccia bread baked daily on-site. Our focaccia is baked until golden brown, covered in rosemary, parmesan and garlic butter then served in a warm cast iron pan. It’s pre-scored into squares to allow for sharing amongst the friends and family gathered around the table – an act that we celebrate and are always thankful for. And thanks to our guests and to the sales of our Charity Bread, each year on our anniversary we are exceedingly proud to contribute to SickKid’s amazing efforts!
When we opened our doors three years ago, there was absolutely no question of who we wanted to partner with. In SickKids, we’ve found that there is simply no organization with a more generous spirit. Each year, we see the wonderful efforts and advancements they make within the community and we are grateful to have the opportunity to contribute to their continued success. So this year to mark our anniversary, we will be inviting our guests to join us on March 22nd from 5-9pm to enjoy our Charity Bread — on us! And in the spirit of generosity, for every Charity Bread served we will donate $5.00 back to the SickKids Foundation. We look forward to seeing you there!
