Donor Spotlight | Week of October 12

Spirit Halloween

Spirit Halloween helps make the hospital less scary!

Beyond frightfully fun experiences and costumes, Spirit Halloween is gives back through its Spirit of Children program, which proudly supports over 140 children’s hospital across the United States and Canada, including SickKids. Through engaging employees and customers in-store during the Halloween season, their mission is to make hospitals less scary for kids and their families by supporting Child Life Programs in partner hospitals. Since 2011, Spirit Halloween stores in Toronto and across the GTA have raised more than $936,000 for SickKids, with approximately $120,000 in 2019!

In thanks for their commitment to fund the fun, SickKids is proud to recognize Spirit of Children as our Donor of the Week. Thank you to the entire Spirit Halloween and Spirit of Children teams - including staff, store managers, and customers - who do their part to enable the impactful vision and support Child Life at SickKids.
