The Gillie Beans FUNd
For this week’s Donor of the Week, we would like to acknowledge our long-standing community partner, The Gillie Beans FUNd.
Since 2011, The Gillie Beans FUNd has raised over $420,000 in support of Rhabdomyoma Research at SickKids in honour of Gillian May Berthelot. After a few years hiatus, the family are hosting their 10th Annual Gillie Beans Fun Day at John Dryden Public School in Whitby on Saturday, May 27th.
Our heartfelt thanks to Janette and her family, and to the Gillie Beans FUNd volunteers and donors for their ongoing commitment and generosity, and for helping to “find a cure, one jelly bean at a time!”
