Sharing Knowledge With Families
The families of children with health challenges are their biggest champions. When children are fighting for their health, their families really benefit from information and knowledge-sharing opportunities offered by health professionals and community organizations.
Our Community Conference Grants program supports events which are organized by or for families with children with health challenges, including, but not limited to, children with acute illness, chronic illness, and disabilities. Here, health professionals and/or community organizations share helpful information with families.
