Capitalize for Kids

SickKids is grateful for the ongoing investment that Capitalize for Kids Foundation has made in the Garry Hurvitz Centre for Brain and Mental Health and other priority areas of the hospital since its inception in 2014.

Over the course of the last 8 years, Capitalize for Kids Foundation has invested more than $4 million in fellowships to support child and youth mental health, provided much needed funding for staff education, clinical studies, other research and funded critical programs and departments across the hospital including the Women’s Auxiliary and Capitalize for Kids PlayPark.

On October 19-20, 2022 the Capitalize for Kids Investors Conference will take place at the Arcadian Court in downtown Toronto where funds will be raised to ensure this important work can continue to be carried out at SickKids and other hospital and agencies across Canada.

The Brick

SickKids is proud to count The Brick as a partner, through the Children’s Miracle Network, since 2014. Despite a very challenging year, everyone rallied together to help kids in local communities by raising critical funds for SickKids.

The Brick has invited its customers to participate in its balloon icon campaign, The Brickley Bears sales and Charity Week celebrations to raise funds for SickKids and the other Children’s hospitals across Canada.

Congratulations and thank you to the entire team at The Brick. Your support provides hope and healing to the patients and families facing complex medical challenges through investments in research, education, and care programs at SickKids.
