Complaints Policy

SickKids Foundation is committed to resolving any complaints and concerns in a timely, fair and consistent manner. Many complaints can be resolved easily and quickly, often at the time they arise, by speaking with your Foundation representative or by contacting the Foundation’s general inquiries phone line at 416-813-6166.

 

If a problem cannot be resolved in this manner however, the complaint should be submitted in writing directly to the Foundation at feedback@sickkidsfoundation.com.
