In 2023, Baker Tilly WM LLP made the decision to focus its giving efforts across both our Toronto and Vancouver offices. With feedback from our partners, staff and professionals, we recognized the overwhelming importance of children’s health to our people.

SickKids is a world class organization and a leading authority in paediatric health care. We recognize the various programs and offerings of SickKids that support families in the Greater Toronto Area on a daily basis. We are committed to the highest priority needs of SickKidsand proud to support the SickKids Foundation through fundraising and participation of our people in great programs such as Craft Kits.

We are grateful to 407 ETR for their steadfast support, including a generous $50,000 donation to the Patient Amenities Fund for Rehabilitation Patients at SickKids.

This fund provides vital assistance to families with limited financial resources whose child is receiving care at the hospital following an illness or injury that requires rehabilitation. It helps cover the unexpected costs of a prolonged hospital stay, including travel, food, accommodation, medication, and medical equipment.

Thanks to donors like 407 ETR, this entirely donor-funded resource makes a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and families—both during their time in hospital and as they return home to continue their healing journey.
