NEWSTALK 1010 Gift of Giving for SickKids presented by the Gulshan & Pyarali G. Nanji Family Foundation

SickKids Foundation is pleased to announce that more than $470,000 was raised through this year’s NEWSTALK 1010 Gift of Giving for SickKids presented by the Gulshan & Pyarali G. Nanji Family Foundation.

As in previous years, phones were ringing off the hook. All donations from this year’s event supported the new SickKids VS Limits campaign to build a new SickKids, the largest fundraising campaign in Canadian health care history. Donations were matched leading up to and during the event by the Gulshan & Pyarali G. Nanji Family Foundation. There were also exciting corporate hourly matches during the event from our generous corporate donors: Domino’s Pizza of Canada Ltd. and Scaddabush Italian Kitchen & Bar.

NEWSTALK 1010 Gift of Giving for SickKids
More than $470,000 raised throughout this year’s NEWSTALK 1010 Gift of Giving for SickKids.
NEWSTALK 1010’s Jay Michaels hosted the four-hour broadcast live from the atrium at The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids). Hosts from across the station including Jerry Agar, Barb DiGiulio, John Moore and Jim Richards, were also in attendance. We were thrilled to see patients and their families join us throughout the event to help celebrate the holiday season.
