Fundraising in Honour of Lilly McIsaac

This week we are honoured to acknowledge the fundraising efforts in Living Honour of Lilly McIsaac.

On August 22, 2022, at only 5 days old, Lilly endured a 6.5-hour life saving open heart surgery. After living at SickKids for the first 21 days of Lilly’s life, her family was committed to paying it forward and fundraising for SickKids.

To date, over $1,053,721 has been raised, in honour of Lilly, and in support of crucial areas at SickKids including the Labatt Family Heart Centre and the building of the new SickKids.

We are incredibly grateful to all who have donated and who continue to donate in Living Honour of Lilly McIsaac, we can’t thank you enough for your generous support.

401 Bike Challenge

We are thrilled to recognize the annual 401 Bike Challenge taking place on August 14-16, 2024. The 401 Bike Challenge is a charity bike ride from Toronto to Montreal. Their mission is to help improve the care and treatment of children battling cancer, as well as to support their families and the dedicated people who care for them at SickKids, the Montreal Children’s Hospital, and Ottawa's CHEO.

This year, the committed group of cyclists and volunteers will depart from the SickKids Hospital on Wednesday, August 14, 2024, and arrive at the Montreal Children’s Hospital on Friday, August 16, 2024, travelling a total of 580 km over 3 days!

A huge thank you to the Piccoli family and the incredible group of cyclists and supporters, for their passion and steadfast commitment in support of paediatric cancer treatment and research.

The 401 Bike Challenge is a testament to the power of philanthropy in helping transform the future of child health.
