Walk for Chiari

We’re proud to spotlight the incredible Donkin family and their inspiring son, Mason, the champions behind the Annual Walk for Chiari, taking place on Saturday, July 12, 2025. 

Thanks to their continued dedication, this event has rallied the community and raised over $94,000 in support of Chiari Malformation research at SickKids since 2017.

The Walk for Chiari is more than just a fundraiser — it’s a powerful reminder of how one family’s passion can unite an entire community to help transform the future of child health. 

The day is filled with community spirit, games, speeches, and of course, a group walk that’s lead by Mason. We’re incredibly grateful for the Donkin family’s continued commitment and can’t wait to celebrate the big day together!
